The installed rivet nut also has the ability to suspend the nut, evenly distributing the bearing capacity to each nut, effectively improving the bearing capacity and fatigue resistance of the rivet nut.

During riveting, it is necessary to ensure that the riveting nut on the riveting gun is perpendicular to the object being riveted. To prevent damage to the riveting nut during compression deformation during the riveting process, the screw on the riveting gun should be adjusted to 23 threads before riveting, and then the riveting nut should be tightened to prevent riveting failure due to the riveting gun head process.

How to produce rivet nuts

1. Material selection

Select the production material for the rivet nut to be produced. (Generally, there are two types of materials: stainless steel and carbon steel)

2. Choose a mold

Select the mold based on the specific specifications and models of the rivet nuts to be produced.

3. Start punching

Use a cold pier machine to pier the production materials.

4. Thread tapping treatment

Perform a thread tapping (internal thread of the nut) treatment on the riveted nuts that have already been stamped and formed.

5. Deburring treatment

Use a polishing machine to deburr the produced product, making it smoother and more aesthetically pleasing.

6. Electroplating treatment

If carbon steel material is selected as the production material, electroplating treatment is required to increase its corrosion resistance.
